A Defect is nonconformity related to an
intended or specified use which is avoidable.
Maintain ONE lot at ONE station at all times
The traveler MUST remain with the lot at all times
Undocumented rework is NOT allowed
Non-Conforming material MUST be clearly separated
Sensor bypass is NOT allowed
Housekeeping at the workstation is a MUST
NO password sharing
Equipment can only be operated in PRODUCTION mode to run PRODUCTION lots
Only CERTIFIED and AUTHORIZED person can handle production lots and tools
